MEMORIAL AWARD
The Hamilton
County Police Association seeks to recognize a member of the policing

for outstanding job performance
that tends to exemplify and promote the goals originally
established in the memories of
Colonel Emil J. Otting, H.C.S.O. (Award for Service) and Lieutenant Robert
Hovater, OSHP (Award for Valor). These annual awards are presented at the
